Talking on the phone with Grandpa じじと電話

Nanoka was absent from the school because of fever. She was stuck in a apartment for whole day but still had energy to play. So I asked her if she wanted to talk with Grand-pa on the phone and she said yes.熱があるので、家に閉じこもってるが、病気だからと言って、寝ていられる年齢でもない。家の中で遊び尽くして、退屈し始めたので、「じじに電話してみる？」と聞くと、「うん」という。

I pushed the number and let her hold the cellphone. Sounded like that Grand-pa picked up the phone and talked to her. I was not sure if she could speak or just freeze.そこで、ボタンを押して、携帯を手渡してやった。受話器の向こうで、じじが出たようだ。固まっちゃって話せないかな？と思いながら、見ていると、

Soon, she started to say,"Grand-pa, Nano, Grand-pa, Grand-pa, Here, Grand-pa, Nano" nodding(as I do with my cellphone). She was playing with old cellphone and I felt that she was doing the same.「じじ、じじ、ナノ、じじ、じじ、ここ、じじ、ナノ」とうなづきながら（私がいつも、電話で話している時のように）話し始めた。古い携帯をオモチャにして、よく、しゃべってたから、実践したんだなあ、と思った。

In a while I talked with grand-pa and he said, "when I asked where you were, she answered, here." Yes, she was saying "here" in the conversation. Finally she could make the conversation on the phone!最後に、代わって、じじに聞くと、「ナノちゃん、どこにいるの？て聞いたら、ここ、て言ってたぞ」と教えてくれた。そう言えば、なんか「ここ」て言ってたなあ。すごい、ちゃんと電話で会話できてたんだ！（ここ、じゃなくて、おうち、とは言えなかったけどねー）
